Participants develop basic first aide knowledge, skills, and the confidence to respond to emergencies. An objectives-driven, skills-based program that covers emergency response, severe bleeding and shock, soft tissue injuries, bone, joint, and muscle injuries, medical emergencies, heat and cold related illness and injury, and more...

Based on the most current science and guidelines, students master necessary skills for the administration of CPR and AED. The program covers sudden cardiac arrest, heart attack, stroke, airway obstruction, and use of an automated external defibrillator.

CPR Certification is offered by the American Heart Association. Upon successful completion of the program the student will receive a certification card, valid for 2 years.
